Bennelong Funds Management Ltd (BFML) holds an Australian Financial Services Licence and is the Responsible Entity for all the Bennelong funds. In addition, the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee (ARCC) is a direct delegation of the BFMG Board. Its role is to add value to the Group’s audit, risk and compliance functions, ensuring sound processes are embedded into its asset management business. It is also the role of the ARCC to guide the business in its endeavour to be a responsible and ethical manager, not only performing in today’s economic climate but building a robust funds management business for the future.
