Nicole is Chief Operating Officer at Bennelong Funds Management, with 18 years of funds management industry experience.

Nicole joined Bennelong in 2012 and has held several senior leadership roles within the organisation including Chief Solutions & Growth Officer, Head of Investment Operations and Head of Client Experience. In her current role, Nicole is responsible for overseeing the finance, CX, product and investment operations functions, while also supporting the CEO in the planning, development and implementation of strategic initiatives.

Her previous employers include Aviva Australia (MLC) and Mercer Australia, with roles encompassing fund accounting, middle office, corporate finance, client experience, project management and operational due diligence. 

Nicole has a Bachelor of Applied Science and is a Chartered Accountant. She also holds a pro-bono treasurer role on the Board of the Alternative Future Foundation.
