4 March 2013

Bennelong Australian Equity Partners (BAEP) has appointed Neale Goldston-Morris to the role of Senior Investment Analyst, responsible for macro-economic, sector and stock analysis.

Neale previously worked at Macquarie Securities Group, where he was Director, Head of Equity Strategy from 2004 to 2012. He managed the Equity Strategy Team, responsible for macroeconomic analysis, bottom-up stock analysis and equity portfolio design and construction. He has also held senior roles with Solaris Investment Management, Credit Suisse Asset Management and Deutsche Bank.

Paul Cuddy, Chief Executive Officer of BAEP, said he was thrilled they had secured a professional of Neale's calibre. "Neale brings with him extensive experience and industry insights and we are confident he will contribute to the future success of our investment strategies," said Paul.

Led by Paul Cuddy and Mark East, BAEP currently manages over $4 billion and is focused on investing in high quality companies that are well positioned to deliver positive earnings surprises (relative to expectations) at attractive valuations. In addition to its core, concentrated and ex-20 Australian equities strategies, the team manages numerous discrete mandates.
