The ownership change, of itself, does not trigger any change to:
- investments held by funds where BFM is the responsible entity*;
- fees and charges;
- administration or custody;
- investment managers or personnel managing the funds;
- the investment philosophy or strategy of investment managers;
- the majority equity stake held by investment teams in the investment management entity; or
- unitholder rights or offer documents.
Bennelong Funds Management Ltd (a subsidiary of BFMG) remains the responsible entity for all funds it manages.
