Andrea is an experienced auditor, accountant and Non-Executive Director with over 35 years of experience in financial services.

She is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and a member and accredited facilitator of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

She is a former partner with KPMG (until 2012) specialising in Financial Services audit. For the past ten years she has been a professional Non-Executive Director and is currently a Director of Genworth Mortgage Insurance Australia Limited (ASX:GMA), MyState Limited (ASX:MYS), Grant Thornton Australia Ltd, Citywide Service Solutions Pty Ltd and Colonial Foundation.

She was previously a Director of The Lord Mayors Charitable Foundation, Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, Cancer Council Victoria, Care Super and Cash Converters International Limited (ASX:CCV). Andrea is the Chair of MyState’s Group Audit Committee and a member of the Group Risk Committee.
